Fees
The fees for the programme are provided on the Universtiy of Canterbury course information system. The programme is made up of four compulsory papers. The price for each paper is shown individually but it is not possible to enrol in individual papers.
The full fee is required before the start of the programme.
The programme fees cover all tuition costs and Antarctic field work expenses. This includes travel costs between Christchurch and Scott Base, Antarctica.
The fee does not include the NZ$100 acceptance fee.
The fee does not cover medical expenses and clothing expenses incurred to meet Antarctica New Zealands requirements. (Note: most of the clothing will be provided to you on loan - do not purchase before the course).

This course is offered by Gateway Antarctica, University of Cangterbury and qualifies for student loans and allowances.
